Mr Cabello is an accredited practising Dietitian who joined Lurnea Medical Centre in 2002. He also works at Fairfield Hospital as Senior Consultant Dietitian. Mr Cabello provides dietary advice for healthier eating and medical problems such as hypertension, high cholesterol, food intolerance, and obesity.

Mr Cabello is also an Accredited Diabetic Educator.
